Common questions and answers

What's in each box?

Each box will contain handmade soaps that have been made by highly skilled artisan makers. On occasion you will receive a bonus gift that has been acquired from other suppliers. These gifts might be soap dishes, scrubbers, cloths, etc. We will be sure to only send you the best products to enhance your bathroom.


When will I get my box?

We ship around the 20th of every month. You can anticipate your box between the 22nd and the 224th. We use USPS as our primary shipping provider.


When can I start my subscription?

We take new subscriptions until 9:00 p.m. EST on the 19th of each month. If you sign up after the 19th, you will receive next month's box. For example, if you sign up on the 21st of March, you will receive your first crate the week of the 20th of April.


When am I billed?

You will be charged initially for your first box on the day you place your first order. All subsequent orders will charged on the 30th of the month. For example, you place your first order on the June 15th. You will be charged right away for the June box that ships on June 20th. Your July box will be charged on June 30th, your August box will be charged on July 30th. If you cancel your subscription at the beginning of the month, you will have already paid for the current month and will either receive one more shipment or a refund.


Can I skip a month, change my plan, or cancel my subscription?

Yes you can. Login into your account by clicking on the "login" option in the top right of your screen (If you are already logged in just click on your name and skip the next step). Enter your email and password. This will immediately take you to your account page. On the left hand side you will see a box that says "Your subscriptions." Click on the "edit" option. You will now see an option to "skip next renewal," choose a different plan, or "cancel subscription." If you are still having difficulty please email us at help@saffronsoaps.com and let us know the changes you would like to make. Be sure to contact us by your monthly renewal date to avoid being billed for your next shipment.



Will you have new products?

Yes we will! Each month we will release a new product. In 2015 we will have all soap products. In 2016 we will be releasing moisturizers, scrubs, and bath bombs. In 2017 we will continue to add a variety of products.


Can I customize my shipments?

In the beginning there will be a limiting ability to customize your shipments. If there are products that you do or do not want, feel free to email us at help@saffronsoaps.com and we will adjust your order. We are planning to update the website with the ability to fully customize the products you want more of and less of.
